Utsmaya in Sanskrit means ‘to bloom’. Founded by the mother-daughter psychologist duo Mamtha Rajesh and Mihika Rajesh, they are on a mission to impact one million Indians to be their best version by empowering themselves with knowledge and skills to enhance mental health and emotional wellbeing.

We offer group programs and individual therapy sessions. These programs are delivered online and offline by highly trained psychologists, upholding high ethical standards.

Mamtha Rajesh has a

· Master's in Psychology, Diploma from South Asian Association of Transactional Analysts, trained in Individual, Family and Couple counselling, Sand tray therapy, Art therapy, Grief Counselling, TA 101,

· Empowering people since the year 2000.

· Her clientele include 3000 clients spread across 16 countries and include national and international sportspersons, top leaders in the corporate world, collectors, politicians and film actors.

Mihika Rajesh has a

· Master's in Mental Health in Children and Young Adults from the University of Edinburgh and is a certified counsellor.

· 5 years of experience working with over 800 children, adolescents, adults and parents.

· 56 sessions of medical clowning at the paediatric oncology ward at Kidwai Institute of Oncology, Bengaluru

· Founding member of DREAMS (India chapter) an NGO originally founded in the USA.

· Trained in art therapy and movement therapy.
